You know your sector inside out. Does it know you?
I help founders and commercial leaders become more visible, build stronger industry relationships and turn market expertise into commercial opportunity.

Your technology isn't the problem.
Most climate and energy businesses don't struggle because they lack expertise. They struggle because the market doesn't see it.
The team is busy delivering projects.
Marketing is under-resourced.
Business development becomes reactive.
Important relationships never develop.
Good opportunities arrive too late, or not at all.
The result?Your business knows exactly where it's heading.
The market doesn't.

“Bold enough to create his own path into climate tech, with knowledge and insights across multiple sectors.”

How to create commercial traction
Commercial growth rarely comes from one activity. It comes from aligning your market understanding, positioning, relationships and visibility around the opportunities that matter most. That's where I work.
Discover
Understand where growth is really being held back. This might involve market research, customer insight, stakeholder interviews or commercial analysis.
Focus
Prioritise the opportunities worth pursuing. Together we identify where to invest time, attention and resources for the biggest commercial return.
Activate
Deliver the work needed to create momentum. Sometimes that's strategic communications, business development, or events. Sometimes all three working together.
The tools I use
These aren't separate services. They're the capabilities I draw upon depending on what your business needs.

How we work together
Every business is different, but the goal is always the same: turning technical expertise into commercial momentum.
1. Understand
Every engagement starts with a conversation. We'll explore your business, your market and where you feel growth is being held back. The challenge could be visibility and messaging, or perhaps relationships and market focus. The aim is to understand what's really stopping progress.
2. Prioritise
Once we've identified the opportunities, we decide where to focus first. Rather than trying to do everything at once, we'll agree the activities that are most likely to create meaningful commercial impact based on your goals, resources and stage of growth. You'll leave with clarity on what matters most – and what can wait.

3. Activate
This is where strategy becomes action. Depending on your priorities, I might support business development, strategic communications, market insight, events, partnerships or stakeholder engagement. Every piece of work is designed to move the business closer to its commercial objectives. No off-the-shelf packages. Just the support your business needs, when it needs it.
4. Momentum
Commercial traction isn't created by a single project. As your priorities evolve, I'll continue working alongside your team - helping you strengthen relationships, increase visibility and identify new opportunities for growth. The objective isn't simply to complete deliverables. It's to build lasting commercial momentum.
